About the Journal

JUSS (Jurnal Sosial Soedirman) is the official journal of the Faculty of Social and Political Science, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Published biannually in April and November, JUSS is nationally accredited as a Sinta 4 journal by Indonesia's Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (number SK: 156/C/C3/KPT/2026). The journal aims to cover scholarly works in contemporary social science issues within the broad range of the dialectic between state, market, and civil society. To uphold high academic standards, we employ a double-blind review process to ensure the quality and integrity of every article. We enforce diversity of thought and aim to provide an accessible source of knowledge to the broad range of the community; hence, we accept publications in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
